Trainee / Graduate Accountant Career

Are you looking for a career in accounting and would like a role that can offer training, development and study support? PRJ Accounting Solutions is a Dubbo based CPA firm and now has a position available for a Trainee / Graduate Accountant.

This is a fantastic opportunity where previous public practice experience is preferred but not essential. Accordingly:

  • You will have a positive attitude and work well as part of a team and be confident and mature when dealing with other team members and clients.
  • You would be studying towards or have completed an Accounting Degree with a view to then completing the CPA or CA course in the future.
  • To be considered for this role you must have excellent communication skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office based programs.
  • Ongoing professional training and career development is supported and encouraged.
  • Excellent computer skills and competency with the latest accounting software programs, in particular MYOB, is preferred.

Administration - Practice Manager

PRJ Accounting Solutions is a Dubbo based CPA firm and is seeking a full-time* well presented and confident candidate to join our team.

You will be the front face of our organisation and the person responsible for managing the general practice operations and support staff. Accordingly you will need to be

  • Competent and highly motivated with a willingness to learn and grow with the role.
  • Willing to be trained in our systems and learn our business way in order to provide efficient support to our team as well as our client base.
  • Able to handle and understand the ever-changing electronic environment.
  • Committed, passionate and seeking to build a career within our firm.
  • Qualified with a certificate IV in business administration or equivalent.

The main duties and responsibilities are:

  • Co-ordinating workflows,
  • Maintaining quality control over processes and procedures,
  • Monitoring  lodgement programs,
  • Management of business operations,
  • Business development and marketing,
  • Recruitment and developing systems and processes,

The successful applicant must:

  • Highly motivated,
  • Show initiative,
  • Work independently,
  • Cope with the pressures of an office environment.

Administration - Client Services Career

PRJ Accounting Solutions is a Dubbo based CPA firm and is seeking a full-time* well presented and confident candidate to join our team in an administration - client services role.

You will be the front face of our organisation and the person responsible for handling and supporting all client enquiries and providing administration support to staff. Accordingly you will need to be

  • Competent and highly motivated with a willingness to learn and grow with the role.
  • Willing to be trained in our systems and learn our business way in order to provide efficient support to our team as well as our client base.
  • Able to handle and understand the ever-changing electronic environment.
  • Committed, passionate and seeking to build a career within our firm.
  • Qualified with a certificate IV in business administration or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Answering and directing incoming calls.
  • Following up and completing allocated tasks.
  • Maintaining client data bases and internal systems and records.
  • Updating website information.
  • Organising staff training and other relevant professional development.
